Both Plants are well equipped with the latest equipment and an in-house load testing facility of up to 300 tons at Our Piplaj Plant & up To 50 Ton at our Vatva Plant.
TACKLERS Facility
Quality Lab Testing Virtual Performance
Over the years, “TACKLERS” has established a state-of-the-art quality lab that virtually creates the situation of your site of performance and then runs test audits on the final product quality, while following total quality management principles during manufacturing.
All products are tested on 25% overload as per Indian Standard. 300 Tons load testing facility for Crane crab is also available, along with a dynamometer.
“TACKLERS” testing facilities for a hoist consist of a crane comprising different girder capacities to suit different girder sizes.
Each Hoist at Tacklers Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is suspended in the above crane with the help of the “TACKLERS” scissor table and tested for hoisting & cross travel considering virtual site usage.
The testing arrangement is capable of testing wire rope hoists up to 50 Tones. Also, for end-user & third party inspection special Electrical Panel to witness data is provided along with a detailed instruction manual.

Quality Control Audit Methods (AS PER IS/ASME STANDARDS)
Materials used for equipment and structural members, i.e., M.S. Plates, Bars, etc., shall be tested per I.S specifications from approved laboratories.
Hardening & Stress Relieving Tests:
Hardening & Stress relieving tests for Wheels, Gear Box castings, Gears & Pinions is done as per I.S. Specifications from reputed Vendors in an Induction furnace.
Welding:
All butt welds, subject to tension area, are radiographically tested, and routine D.P.Test are carried out per I.S. All non-load-taking welds are examined.
Electric Control Panel:
Functional tests of control panels are conducted using simulating working conditions for insulation resistance tests & voltage tests.
